How we handle what you tell us

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property address and message you enter. We use them to reply to you and to open a file if we agree to work together.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising. We share them only with the people who help us run the office, such as our email and file systems, and when the law requires it.

This website may count visits in a way that does not identify you. If we add tools that do more, we will say so here.

Messages sent through the form are not a safe place for confidential details. Wait until we have spoken, and we will give you a secure way to send documents.

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our duty to keep files we have opened. Write to hello@hsuehsarmiento.com.
