Before you accept
Answer the offer with a plan
An offer is more than a price. It sets who pays for repairs, when the buyer's loan has to come through and what happens if it does not. We read each offer with you and explain what you are agreeing to.
When the buyer's side asks for something, we answer in writing. When a payoff letter or a missing document holds up the sale, we chase it so you are not the one calling.

We review your closing statement with you and confirm where the proceeds are sent.
Questions from people selling
We got an offer before we talked to a lawyer. Is it too late?
No. Until you sign, you can ask for changes. Send us the offer and we will tell you what is open.
What if the house belongs to more than one person?
Every owner has to sign. We sort out who they are, including heirs, and what each needs to provide before the sale.
Who pays the transfer taxes and fees?
The contract says. We read that clause with you first and show the cost at closing as a number, not a surprise.
Got an offer on the table?
Send it to us before you answer. We will read it and call you back the same working day.
